What began in a garage as a small screen-printing unit serving customers visiting Tirupur – the t-shirt hub of India – has today grown into a large, fully equipped manufacturing company.

TSHIRTS.IN now operates with modern facilities, including high-end designing, pre-print processing, Japanese embroidery machines, DTF digital printing machines, and hybrid DTG digital printing machines.

We operate a vertically integrated, in-house t-shirt manufacturing facility equipped with the latest machinery. This enables us to meet diverse customer requirements within very short timelines.

Designing
Simply send us your logo, design, theme line, and other required details. We will take care of the design. You may also find inspiration from our work sample photos. Individual Personalization
We offer individual personalization with names, numbers, and other details as per your requirements.

Custom Brand Label
We can attach your brand label to the garment as required. Simply WhatsApp or email us your label design file. We handle the manufacturing of DTF transfer labels and woven labels.

White Label
We always work behind the scenes for other brands. Our name will not appear anywhere on the product or packaging.

Embroidery
We use Japan-made Barudan embroidery machines for sharp, precise embroidery. No other machine matches the curve accuracy and finish of Barudan.

DTF Digital Printing
DTF digital printing is an advanced digital printing method ideal for multi-color logos. It reproduces exact colors with excellent sharpness and visual appeal. Prints produced using DTF technology offer very high wash fastness, with no visible fading even after multiple washes, and are significantly superior to old-generation DTG printing.

Hybrid Digital DTG Printing
Hybrid digital DTG printing is ideal for large, multi-color designs. It delivers accurate colors, sharp output, and excellent wash durability. Bio-wash fabric is recommended for best results with hybrid digital DTG printing.

We operate in a fast-paced world where waiting for email replies is outdated. Our whatsapp based system allows instant communication. Simply share your final design files via whatsapp. we handle everything from design understanding, quotation, previews, invoicing, order updates, to shipping updates, all through whatsapp.

Front left chest embroidery: Minimum 10 T-shirts
Front left chest + back small embroidery: Minimum 20 T-shirts
Front left chest + back big embroidery: Minimum 50 T-shirts
Sleeve embroidery: Minimum 50 T-shirts
Hybrid digital DTG printing: Minimum 100 T-shirts

Shipping Lead Time
Shipping timelines depend on design complexity, quantity, and style. Orders typically take between 24 hours and two weeks. To avoid last-minute issues, we recommend placing orders at least three weeks in advance. For urgent requirements, please contact us, and we will work out the best possible solution.

India & Worldwide Shipping
We ship from Tirupur – the t-shirt hub of India. Shipping methods (courier, transport, air, sea, or surface) are finalized in consultation with the buyer. We ship across India and worldwide.

Multiple Address Shipping
We can ship to multiple addresses as requested. Individual tracking URLs will be provided for each shipment.

Direct Shipping to Your Customer
We can ship directly to your customer using your sender details. Our name will not appear anywhere.

Order Status Updates
We share photos and videos at every stage of production, including fabric selection, cutting, printing or embroidery, and finishing. Order status updates vary depending on the order quantity.

Shipping Updates
Photos and videos of packed shipments will be shared once goods are ready. Tracking URLs will be provided after dispatch. Shipping updates vary depending on the order quantity.
